Q. What is the International Arya Mahasammelan (IAMS)?
A. IAMS is a grand congregation of Arya Samaj followers from across the globe.
Q. Who are the organizers of IAMS?
A. International Arya Mahasammelan is being organized by Sarvadeshik Arya Pratinidhi Sabha (SAPS)—the apex body of Arya Samaj in collaboration with Delhi Arya Pratinidhi Sabha and the Gyan Jyoti Mahotsav Ayojan Samiti.
Q. What does Saardh Shatabdi mean?
A. Saardh Shatabdi refers to the 150 Years. IAMS 2025 is being held to mark the 150th Foundation Year of Arya Samaj.
Q. Who can participate in IAMS 2025?
A. Anyone who follows or is interested in learning about Vedic Dharma, is welcome to participate.
Q. Is there any fee to attend IAMS 2025?
A. No. Participation in IAMS 2025 is completely free of charge.
Q. Are there any charges for using facilities at IAMS 2025?
A. Most facilities provided by the organizers are free of cost. However, certain premium services—such as hotel accommodations—may incur charges. For example, general accommodation is free for all participants, but if someone chooses to stay at a hotel, he must pay the applicable charges.

Q. How to reach IAMS 2025 Venue?
A. Delhi has vast network of Public Transport including Metro Rail, DTC Buses, Ola-Uber Cabs, Auto Rickshaws & E-Rickshaws. You can use any of these to reach Mahasammelan Venue.
Q. Which is the nearest Delhi Metro Station to IAMS 2025 Venue?
A. Mahasammelan Venue is well connected with the Delhi Metro Network’s Yellow Line and Red Line. You can take E-Rickshaw to reach Mahasammelan Venue after de-boarding at any of the nearest Metro Stations:
  • Rohini Sec 18-19 Station on Yellow Line (Direct Metro for people boarding from New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS), Old Delhi Railway Station (DLI) and ISBT Kashmere Gate).
  • Rithala Station on Red Line
(You may have to change Metro Lines from other stations to reach Rohini Sec 18,19 Station or Rithala Station. You can download Official Mobile App of Delhi Metro to know your best route and buy Tickets online)
Free transport to ferry participants to IAMS venue will be available at both Metro stations on 29 & 30 October 2025. Participants can also use E-rikshaw available at nominal charge of Rs. 10 per person to reach IAMS venue.
Similarly Free transport to ferry participants to both Metro stations will be available at IAMS venue on 2 November 2025. Participants can also use E-rikshaw available at nominal charge of Rs. 10 per person to reach Metro Station.

REGISTRATION

Q. Is registration mandatory to participate in IAMS 2025?
A. Yes, registration is mandatory for all individuals above the age of 5 who wish to attend IAMS 2025. During registration, you will be asked to provide details regarding your arrival, departure, and accommodation preferences.
Q. Where can I register for IAMS 2025?
A. You can register online or offline.
Online Registration: Visit the official IAMS website to register in advance.
Offline Registration: You can register in person at the Registration Counters outside the Mahasammelan premises from 29th October to 2nd November 2025.
Q. What are the advantages of registering online in advance?
A. Benefits of online registration include:
  1. Register conveniently from home at your own pace.
  2. Save valuable time at on-site registration counters.
  3. Choose your preferred accommodation in advance.
  4. Faster entry in IAMS 2025 compound.
  5. Help organizers plan and arrange adequate services in a timely manner.
Q. What are Groups and why should I create one?
A. It is recommended to create groups based on common travel or accommodation arrangements—for example, make a group of people arriving on the same train or from the same institution or opting for the same type of accommodation.
All members can be registered using a single account on the IAMS website.
Q. What is the online registration process for participants coming in Groups?
A. Group Registration Process:
  1. Sign up on the IAMS website and create an account.
  2. After OTP verification, log in to your account.
  3. When prompted, select "Group" (instead of "Alone").
  4. Enter group details:
    • A default group name (Group 1) will be provided. You can rename it.
    • Specify accommodation preference, arrival, and departure details. (Editable till 20th October 2025)
  5. Register each group member individually.
  6. It is strongly advised to provide a unique mobile number for each member. (However you can use a Mobile Number multiple times).
  7. The first person added will be marked as the Group Leader by default (this can be changed later in Manage Groups).
  8. Additional groups can be created if needed, using the same account.
Q. What is the online registration process for individuals coming alone?
A. Single Person Registration Process
  1. Sign up on the IAMS website and create an account.
  2. After OTP verification, log in to your account.
  3. When prompted, select "Alone".
  4. Fill in your accommodation preference, arrival and departure details.
  5. Your registration will be completed.
  6. You may edit these details until 20th October 2025.
  7. If others wish to join you later, you can add them via the "Add Members" option under Manage Groups.
Q. What is a Registration ID?
A. After successful Registration, a unique Registration ID will be generated for each Member, which will be sent to their registered mobile number (or email address for international participants).
You can also retrieve the Registration ID under the Manage Groups section on the website.
Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID at all times, such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport. International participants must carry their passports.
Q. How can I get my IAMS ID card or wristband?

ACCOMMODATION

Q. What is Free Accommodation and how can I avail it?
A. The organizers are arranging clean and hygienic spaces at nearby Arya Samaj Temples, Dharamshalas, Schools and similar places to provide Free Accommodation for participants. To avail this facility, please select the “Free Accommodation” option while completing your registration.
Q. How will I be informed about the Free Accommodation allotted to me or my group?
A. Details of your Free Accommodation, including the Google Maps location, will be sent via SMS to the registered mobile number of the Group Leader on or after 26th October 2025. You can also check your accommodation details under the “Manage Groups” section.
Q. What is Paid Accommodation and how can I book it?
A. The organizers are also arranging hotel rooms for participants who prefer Paid Accommodation. A booking link will be shared with you via SMS on your registered mobile number. You can book hotel rooms as per your preference through this link.
Please ensure you choose the “Paid Accommodation” option during registration.
Q. Can I make my own Accommodation arrangements?
A. Yes, participants are welcome to stay with friends or relatives in Delhi or make their own hotel bookings through platforms like MakeMyTrip, Agoda and other hotel aggregators.
In this case, please select the “No, Accommodation not required” option while registering.

Q. Can I give a performance (Kavita, Natika, etc.) at IAMS 2025?
A. Absolutely! Dedicated performance areas will be set up at the Mahasammelan venue where participants can showcase their talent—such as Kavita, Bhajans, Natika (short plays), Dance Sequences, Folk Dances and more.
