This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name aryamahasammelan.com ("Website"), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").

The Platform is owned by Delhi Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, a society registered under the Societies Registration Act. 1860 with its registered office at 15, Hanuman Road, New Delhi, India (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, "we", "us", "our").

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations, with Platform Owner. These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, "Services"). Any terms and conditions proposed by you which are in addition to or which conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall be of no force or effect. • To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account on the Platform.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services, for any specific purpose. • You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.
• You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
• Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
• These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi and Delhi.

1. USER AGREEMENT

   These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of International Arya Mahasammelan's Website, located at www.aryamahasammelan.org.
   The website is owned, developed, run, operated and updated by Delhi Arya Pratinidhi Sabha situated at 15, Hanuman Road, New Delhi -110001, INDIA on the behalf of Sarvadeshik Arya Pratinidhi Sabha situated at 15, Hanuman Road, New Delhi -110001, INDIA.
   By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. TERMINOLOGY

   The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements:

   • User, Account Holder, Registrant, You and Your refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the website's terms and conditions.
   • Participant and Guest refers to the person who is allowed to enter IAMS compound and is attending IAMS and compliant to the IAMS's terms and conditions.
   • The Organizers, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to Delhi Arya Pratinidhi Sabha and Sarvadeshik Arya Pratinidhi Sabha.
   • IAMS, main event and Mahasammelan, refers to International Arya Mahasammelan 2018 to be organized on 25 to 28 October 2018.
   • IAMS Compound, Maharshi Dayanand Nagar, IAMS Venue and Mahasammelan Venue, refers to place situated at Swarn Jayanti Park, Rohini Sec 10, New Delhi - 110085, INDIA.

   All terms refer to undertake the process of our assistance to the User in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the User's needs in respect of attending IAMS, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of INDIA. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

3. LICENSE

   Unless otherwise stated, International Arya Mahasammelan and/or its organizers own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from www.aryamahasammelan.org for your own personal or institutional use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

   • Republish material from the website.
   • Sell, rent or sub-license material from the website.
   • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the website.
   • Redistribute content from the website.

6. RULES OF ACCOUNT USE

   • No account is required to view website for informational purposes.
   • User may create an account on the website for purposes of Pre Registration for the main event, making bookings for various services, making requests for participation, marking favorite programs, etc.
   • User shall be of age 18 years or older to create an account on this website.
   • User is required to provide accurate and valid personal details while creating account otherwise account may be terminated whenever anomaly is detected.
   • By creating account User is giving his consent for receiving promotional material sent by The Organizers through various means including SMS and Email.
   • User can view and manage any data submitted by himself in My Account Menu.

7. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

   Any account may be terminated for the following reasons:

   1. furnishing bogus and fraudulent details for account creation.
   2. creating bogus group under preregistration module.
   3. furnishing details of any person as group member without his consent.
   4. furnishing details of any minor (below age of 18 years) as group member without consent of his parents or legal guardians.
   5. if found guilty of any misconduct or abuse of service of this website or IAMS.
   6. any other undisclosed reason.

8. BOOKINGS

   • Booking facility is provided to let User make bookings of various services provided at our website/ IAMS as per requirements of the Group or Group Members.
   • Bookings are subject to cancellation in case of occurrence of unprecedented event or situations out of control of The Organizers.
   • User/ Participant shall contact at relevant desks at the IAMS venue for confirmation of the Bookings made online. If any User/ Participant misses out from availing any booking made by him within the given time period, the booking will be assumed as availed and no amount will be refunded.
   • Bookings once made cannot be modified or cancelled by User in any case and any amount paid for booking purposes will not be refunded.
   • The Organizers will not be responsible for bookings made as under third party transactions. The links given on the website are for reference purposes only and the user is not bound to transact with any of these third party vendors.

9. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

   • All payments made by User against booking or donation are received through authorized and secured payment gateways.
   • The website or Organizers do not store any card or bank related information of the User.
   • The Organizers or their staff never asks for any card or bank related information of the User.
   • All payments are accepted by The Organizers as User’s contribution towards successful organizing of the IAMS and not for commercial purposes.
   • No refund is possible against any amount received for bookings or donations.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF ONLINE DONATION

    • Online donations are accepted from Indian Nationals only. Donations, if made by foreign nationals, will be rejected and refunded online.
    • A scanned copy of the Manual Receipt of Donation received will be sent to User via email within 7 days of crediting of amount in IAMS’s Bank Account.
    • Donations once accepted cannot be refunded.

11. ONLINE REGISTRATION

    1. Online Registration facility on the website is provided for facilitating faster entry at IAMS Venue.
    2. Submission of Online Registration form does not amount to acceptance of Registration or right to enter IAMS Venue.
    3. Separate groups shall be created for guests as per their accommodation and transportation details. i.e., create separate group for guests arriving through different transport means or arriving at different time.
    4. Multiple groups can be created by a single user without any limit on number of members.
    5. Online Registration is for provisional purposes only and does not guarantee Final Registration. Online Registration is liable to be cancelled at any time without disclosing any reasons.
    6. Organizers reserve right to cancel Registration of any Individual or whole group at any time.
    7. Organizers reserve right to deny entry to any Individual or whole group in the IAMS compound.
    8. User shall furnish personal details of any person as group member with his consent.
    9. User shall furnish personal details of any minor (below age of 18 years) as group member with consent of his parents or legal guardians.
    10. All persons registered as Group Members have given their implied consent for receiving promotional material sent by The Organizers through various means including SMS and Email.
    11. User has to make paid bookings on the website as per personal requirement of group members after making online registration.
    12. If no details for Accommodation and Transportation is furnished by User, then it will be assumed that the service is not required.
    13. Request received by us for Accommodation and Transportation is subject to availability and does not guarantee free service at the specified time.
    14. In case of multiple Online Registration of a single person in multiple groups, all pre registrations except one will be deemed cancelled.
    15. Online Registration ID will be sent to User for each group separately on their mobile number / email id on. User shall take out print of the same.

12. FINAL REGISTRATION

    1. Group Leader shall produce Online Registration ID at Registration Counters at IAMS Venue between 29-10-2025 to 2-11-2025.
    2. Identity Cards/Bands will be provided on production of Online Registration ID.
    3. In case of loss/ misplacement of Online Registration ID, group members will have to register again at IAMS Venue afresh.
    4. Guests to whom Identity Card/ Band are issued at IAMS venue, may be marked with Indelible Ink on their one finger in order to reduce possibility of multiple Registrations.
    5. Guests will be allowed to access various areas of the IAMS compound as per color of their Identity Cards/Bands.
    6. Areas to be accessed by various colors of Identity Cards/Bands will be decided by The Organizers and will be displayed at the entry gates of each area.

13. REQUEST FOR PERFORMING ACT

    User can make several requests for performing act (including Speech, Vernacular Speech, Vernacular Pravachan, Bhajan/ Geet by Single, Bhajan/ Geet by Group, Playlet/ Natika, Musical Playlet/ Nritya Natika, Competition, Presentation) by one or more group members in various programs to be held at various halls at IAMS compound.
    User/ Group Leader/ Group Members will be contacted and informed separately, if selected by Selection Committee to perform any act.
    User/ Group Leader/ Group Members may be called for further elaborating the act proposed for final satisfaction of the Selection Committee.
    Making online requests does not guarantee the acceptance of request to perform and is subject to selection and availability of time.

14. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

    • The Organizers reserve right to terminate any account on this website without disclosing any reasons.
    • The Organizers reserve right to cancel any preregistration done on this website without disclosing any reasons.
    • The Organizers reserve right to deny final registration against preregistration done on this website without disclosing any reasons.
    • The Organizers reserve right to cancel any booking done on this website without disclosing any reasons.
    • The Organizers reserve right to fully revoke or modify any service or facility or program listed on this website without prior intimation.
    • The Organizers reserve right to deny admission to any individual or group of individuals in the IAMS compound without disclosing any reasons.
    • The Organizers reserve right to expel any individual or group of individuals entered in the IAMS compound without disclosing any reasons.
    • The Organizers reserve right to deny access to any area of IAMS compound to any individual or group of individuals entered in the IAMS compound without disclosing any reasons.

15. PRIVACY POLICY

16. LIABILITY

    • Website: The Organizers disclaim any liability for any loss or inconvenience suffered by User due to using this website.
    • Event: IAMS being a socio-religious event is organized by The Organizers without any profit making or commercial intentions. All the facilities, attractions, programs and services are being provided for facilitating IAMS participants to enjoy at most. All the arrangements are being made by The Organizers on the basis of donations received from generous donors and contribution by volunteers. The Organizers disclaim any liability for any loss, injury or death of any participant before, during or after the IAMS.
